Mimi et Toi | Terms & Conditions

1. General 1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of MIMI ET TOI apply to all the offers, orders, products, agreements and deliveries of MIMI ET TOI. By ordering a product you agree to these conditions. 1.2 MIMI ET TOI is registered under the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce: 34337873 | VAT number: NL186692079B01

2. Agreement and Order 2.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order in the online order form. After payment is complete, MIMI ET TOI will process your order. Until that time MIMI ET TOI will remain full owner of the products in your order. 2.2 To confirm your order, you will receive an e-mail on the email address that you provided during Check Out. 2.3 Images from the website can be slightly different from reality. MIMI ET TOI jewelry is handmade and the jewelry is mainly made of natural materials such as semi-precious stones, wood, shell etc. Sometimes your article can show a little difference in the finishing touch. 2.4 All prices of the items are displayed in EURO, include 21% Dutch VAT but exclude any shipping costs. 2.5 MIMI ET TOI has the right to change text and images on the website, without giving notice first. 2.6 If an item from your order has gone out of stock, you’ll receive a message about this immediately. 2.7 Only one discount code can be used per purchase, unless Mimi et Toi explicitly indicates that discount codes can be combined.

3. Shipment Costs and Transport 3.1 MIMI ET TOI may charge shipping costs for sending an order. These costs depend on the value of the shipment and the location of the delivery address. The Shipping Costs are calculated during Check Out, and are available to view on our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges. 3.2 For orders outside the European Union, Customs duties may be due for payment by the receiver. MIMI ET TOI is not responsible for these costs.

4. Delivery 4.1 MIMI ET TOI will send the order as soon as possible after payment. The delivery time depends on the shipping location. The Shipping Costs and Delivery Times are calculated during Check Out, and are available to view on our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges.

5. Payment and Payment Methods 5.1 At MIMI ET TOI you can choose from various secure payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CartaSi, Cartes Bancaires) SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, ING Homepay, Belfius Direct Net and Giro Pay. Alternatively, you can also pay when you pick up the parcel.

6. Returns and Exchange 6.1 If you want to return or exchange an article you can do this within 14 days after receiving the order. The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:

1. • is in undamaged state,
   • is not worn and/or used,
   • includes the original and undamaged packaging. MIMI ET TOI reserves the right to refuse returned items.
   • Sent the order back by track and trace and with insurance.

6.2 In the event of an exchange, the exchange will take place after the original order has been returned to MIMI ET TOI and has been checked. Shipping costs for the replacement are to be paid by the customer. 6.3 Unfortunately returning loose items such as beads, charms etc. is not possible. 6.4 Made-to-order items cannot be returned for a refund, but a gift card with the value of the originally ordered item will be provided to the customer. 6.5 Silver items that are pre-ordered cannot be returned for a refund, but a gift card with the value of the originally ordered item will be provided to the customer. 6.6 Items that will be returned or exchanged must be sent to: MIMI ET TOI Returns & Exchanges Churchill-laan 165 3h 1078 DW AMSTERDAM Do not forget to fill out the Returns Form. Return shipments that do not come with a filled in Returns Form will not be processed. 6.7 When your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be transferred to the payment method you chose to complete the original order. You will receive an email confirmation that the amount will be paid within a few days. Please note that the refund on the credit card always depends on your bank. 6.8 MIMI ET TOI reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in the same condition as they were when shipped or items that are returned beyond the prescribed period of 14 days after receipt.

7. Warranty 7.1 MIMI ET TOI gives 3 months guarantee on its article from the day that is mentioned on the invoice. The invoice is also your warranty so our advice is to keep it well. 7.2 MIMI ET TOI does not give warranty for:

1. • Natural wear and tear
   • Stains caused by perfume
   • Water/paint damage of (bone) beads
   • Parts that give off after contact with water
   • Complaints caused by misuse of the parts and/ or jewelry.
