RETURNS SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

CUSTOM FEES & IMPORT DUTIES

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER:
International customers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may be applied once the shipment reaches your country. 

* In case you’d like to return your order please mark it as a GIFT and insure it for the amount of €130, regardless of the total amount of your order.

* Please send it with a tracking code.

* If you don’t accept your order and it is sent back to us automatically we are NOT responsible for any import fees-also not when the order returns to The Netherlands-and we will deduct any additional fees from your return amount.

For orders delivered to an address outside the European Union, delivery may take longer due to handling time at customs. In addition, customs duties may need to be paid when receiving the package. PLEASE READ OUR RETURN POLICY BELOW. 

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with Track and Trace information with which you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep. To protect your parcel, MIMI ET TOI insures all packages against unforeseen damages and/or theft that may occur during the shipment process. 

 

Note for shipments to Norway – Shipments are delivered directly to a Posten Norge Post Office / Package Point. You will be notified of this per post/email/SMS. Make sure to fill out your correct contact details during the order process to receive notifications on your delivery. Your MIMI ET TOI package will be stored at a Posten Norge facility for 14 days, after which it will be returned to MIMI ET TOI.

 

Note for shipments to Sweden – One delivery attempt is made for every shipment, of which the receiver is updated per post/email/SMS. If unsuccessful, the package is delivered to a Post Office/Package Point (DPD), or the receiver can schedule a second delivery attempt (PostNord Sverige). To stay up to date on delivery, please make sure to provide the correct contact information during the order process.

Returns & Exchanges

Important:
If you decide to return your order, please make sure to include the sticker with the EAN code, which is included in your order. Unfortunately, we're unable to process returns without this sticker.
Thank you for your understanding! 

You can return your item(s) if it does not match your expectations or preferences. This is possible within 14 days after receiving the order. Please sent the order by track and trace with insurance, te be sure that you package will arrive. 

Returning an article is only possible when the article:

  • is in an undamaged state
  • is not worn and/or used
  • includes the original and undamaged packaging
  • RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES, PLEASE WRITE DOWN IN CAPITAL LETTERS "RETURN FORM OF THE POSTAL COMPANY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU, THAT WE HAVE TO PAY CLEARANCE COSTS OVER. THE PACKAGE WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CLIENT AGAIN, OR THE AMOUNT WILL BE CONVERTED WITH THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE. 

 

MIMI ET TOI reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet these requirements. Unfortunately returning of all loose items such as beads, charms etc. is not possible.

Please follow below steps to return your item(s):

Fill out the Returns Form that came with your order.

Add the Returns Form and the items you would like to return to your return package and make sure it’s sealed properly.

Please keep in mind the following:

Without a completed Returns Form, we will not be able to process your return correctly.

You can return an item within 14 days after receipt.

The shipment costs are both ways your own responsibility.

After the return arrives at our office and is checked, you’ll receive your refund of the order via the same payment method that you chose to complete the order. We do not refund the sending cost. You will receive a notification of this per email. Refunds will be transferred back to you within 14 days after we check the returned item(s). 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order for the items that you want. Only in this way can we guarantee availability of your desired items. You can find more information on how to return an order under the section ‘Returns’.
